Unfortunately my PER doesn't consist with Ecas no. Why do we need Ecas no?

Nov 24th applications are not yet issued PERs. Probably you can expect by the end of the week of early next week.

Hi,

As per my understanding, the stages are as below:

1. After PER, the file will be transferred to Local Visa Office (LVO) and queued up for processing. Once the file move to the table, AOR might be sent out to confirm receipt of application at the LVO and the Background checks and documentation checks are initiated for the application.

2. The LVO is entitled to request an applicant to attend a Personal Selection Interview (or sometimes the interview may be waived off too).

3. Upon completion of the interview, the applicant will be required to pass both the Medical and Security (PCC) requirements within the time limits provided by LVO.

4. The last stage of the application is the issuance of the Permanent Resident Visa. At this stage they will inform you to pay the fee & our original passports are required to be sent to local visa office for visa stamping.

Hope I'm clear about the process.

i spoke to cic call centre just few minutes back and they informed me that my application has been rejected. They have sent the application package back on 29th jan 2015...
it was a sudden blow...anyways....life goes on...
you may call them on +16139444000 select 111 11 31 then call will be transferred to the agent. Dont ask them for UCI number. Ask them only about your application status and tell them its been more than 90 days...they may answer you or may not..try again next day if the agent refuses to answer...

I'm so sorry to hear this Taral. I wish the very best for you in your future endeavours. If you still have interest in coming to Canada, see this as a hurdle that you have to get over. Because in the end it will make you stronger. Please give EE a serious look. Creating your profile is free, so all the first step will take is your time.

DoubleS, do you have any news from CIC? What is you eCAS status?
Yesterday I tried to call several times CIC but with no result...all the agents were busy. So I will try again in a few hours when they start work.

No. I am Nov 5th applicant and I'm still patiently and nervously awaiting my PER. I contacted CIC 2 days ago and was told by the agent that they are still reviewing my file, they have not made a decision yet.
Good luck to all of us that are still waiting. The Lord always knows best. Everything will happen exactly when it is supposed to happen.
