Yeah bro, even i'm shocked to learn that. I feel one thing that if the DD charging has reached for October 16 era then the CC charging must have reached somewhere around Oct. 25 because we all know that CC charging is instant compared to DD, which takes 7-10 for clearing & settlement. November era will be on in a week, i suppose.

All applicants under NOC 1212 regarding latest CIC development.

I am a Bangladeshi new one of this forum and not so smart as others are truly. my file was received on 13.11.2014 under NOC_1212 with DD.
Its seems that NOC 1212 is not on QUICK MOVE by CIC.


Expect to have response from all applicants under NOC 1212 regarding latest CIC development.

Don't worry mate. U r safe - Cap isn't your concern atall. Pace is bound to be slow for this NOC as others have more applications in.

However, CIO has caught up pace and Jan 20 onwards is from where u can expect some outcome.

U can join our WhatsApp group too and may be that could bring u some instant feedback.

Hi All,

As per DHL tracker, CIC received my application under NOC 2171 on 26 November 2014. Since then I have not received any reply from CIC. I am afraid that the cap for 2171 was filled by the time they received my application so they might not consider it however; I am not sure on this.

Now, if my application is refused then I want to go for Express Entry in January 2015 however; I have no information regarding my documents and current application. Can any one help me with how can I get my application status?? Second, if it is refused then when I would receieve my documents back??

I would really appreciate your replies and suggestions as I am really confused on what should I do and what not. I hope for your reply soon.

Send a mail to CIC to apprise you of your application status. Remember to include all necessary details about yourself in the mail.

It takes maximum of 2 to 3 months to get rejected application depending on how far your country is to canada.

If you live in Canada, you will get it within a week.

Completeness check will remain continue until December last week for November applications. This is what I read on this forum.
