Nothing to worry. Don't make any manual entries. CIC doesn't need this info

Hi Experts,

I have a doubt to fill "ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM". They mention it should be completed by both Principal applicant and spouse. My questions is, if I fill it then my name should be in Applicant place and my wife name should be in Spouse place. What would be the name of applicant if my spouse (dependent) fill the same form?

For example,
1. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM" filled by Principal applicant,

Mr.XXXX--- Applicant

Ms. YYY-----Spouse or Common-law partner

2. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM" filled by Spouse,

_______-----> Applicant ( Who is applicant here? Mr. XXXX or Ms. YYY?)

_______------->Spouse or common-law partner ( Who is spouse here? Mr. XXXX or Ms. YYY?)

My another question is,

If space is not enough in BACKGROUND DECLARATION FORM(4 PAGES), we need to print it more.

For example,

For Section 8(page 2), space is not enough, so I need to print extra page 2 to fill rest of the details. In that case how about page 4 which has my declaration signature, do I need to print one more page 4 for extra page 2.

or

I just place the additional page 2 after the original page 2? For instance, the order , page 1, page 2, page 2(additional), page 3, page 4

or

page 1, page 2, page 3, page 4, page 2(additional), page 4?

Please advice me.

Thank you.

U r right in having a share of suspicions. There were two CC charges. I can vouch for the one with 1123 NOC.

Yes new year shall reward us all :)

Yes Dear you will fill two additional family info forms one for you and one for your spouse, for you u will be applicant and u will provide all information about your sons/daughters and your sisters/brother and monther/father, similarly for your wife ur wife will be applicant and your name in spouse/common law partner section and then her mother/father,sister/brothers details, her kids shall be the same as your, finally you will sign your form where u are applicant and she will sign her for where she is applicant and she already provided her father/mother details.

For example,
1. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM" filled by Principal applicant,

Mr.XXXX--- Applicant

Ms. YYY-----Spouse or Common-law partner

2. ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION FORM" filled by Spouse,

_______-----> Applicant ( Who is applicant here? Mr. XXXX or Ms. YYY?)

Yes, you can do like this or you can make format in Excel or Word for any question on Background form and finally you must write date and signature on each sheet attached additional to the original form.... I did it in word frmat, as my friend did it in past.

Please advice me.

Thank you.

The current situation on charging and PER issuance
On CC:The earliest CC charging finally down to 62 days.Applicants waiting period gradually coming
down and will be down to the usual 30 days very soon.
On CC:Late charging could be up to 90 days now based on 1.Card declining.2.Failure in network.
Attempt on charging will be carried out 3 times and by the last attempt if problem persists, application
will be returned.
On DD:The encashment is subject to prompt processing among the parties involved in the transaction.
For application received on the same date with CC or DD mode of payment, payments are being effected at the same time.
For example:
Application received on the 9th July.
CC CHARGED:28 OCT with applicant getting alert via SMS/Email instantly or within 24 hrs.
DD ENCASHED:28 OCT with applicant waiting period for such encashment for 7-10 days but
now it is 10-20 days due to the current operational changes at CIC.
On PER:PER notification via email within 4-7 days as at November but the current scenario
now for PER issuance is 2-4 weeks after payment deduction.

boi.. it reached 28th oct parties? my app received on 17 of nov. just 20 days more to have my card charged. i need to free up some balance and not use my CC for a month eh..
