Can somebody throw light on which are the next hot NOC's which will get capped? (after 2174,1112,2173...)

Also, any guess on when will CIC update the Cap on its website next?

U have a very good chance of being under the cap. Just ensure that u do everything by book and error free.

Check with Courier for who received your application. If u meant about the outcome of your application, then you will have to wait for 110 days.

You can request a proof of delivery (POD) from the courier company. POD comes with the name of CIC staff that received your package, most especially UPS.
