Dear Friends,

I am 24 Dec-2014 Applicant, and i am waiting PER right now.
I have Many Questions, and i need your Help:
1- if i got the Visa, what is the validation period of it, i mean if the visa will be issue in Aug 2015 for example, it will be valid for the next 3, 6, or 12 months ?? it will help me to schedule my travel time.
2- would the VO ask me to resubmit my documents, i am talking about the PCC and Bank Certificate/Statement or any other documents ?
3- If i landed in Canada in mid academic year, my kids will be able to join the current academic year or they have to wait for next year to enroll in schools ? and what is the documents i have to prepare from my current country for my kids to do so.
4- If i want to Study Masters or Phd in Canada after landing, as a PR do i have to go through Academic IELTS Exam as any ordinary international student?, or as a Canadian Permanent Resident i do not have to do so.

Thank U Thank U Thank U Thank U Thank U Thank U Thank U Thank U Thank U Thank U Thank U

you have up to one year, from the day you get your visa to land in canada
2- would the VO ask me to resubmit my documents, i am talking about the PCC and Bank Certificate/Statement or any other documents ?
they may, but will not necessarily

3- If i landed in Canada in mid academic year, my kids will be able to join the current academic year or they have to wait for next year to enroll in schools ? and what is the documents i have to prepare from my current country for my kids to do so.

i am not sure about this one, but i'm pretty sure they can attend classes as non matriculated, and then take the exams at the end of the school year, and enroll as matriculated to the next academic year. at least this is a logical to me.
4- If i want to Study Masters or Phd in Canada after landing, as a PR do i have to go through Academic IELTS Exam as any ordinary international student?, or as a Canadian Permanent Resident i do not have to do so.

i believe that you will not need to take ielts at all, since you have already proved your knowledge of english through fswp. also, i don't think you would dare, nor anyone else, to even apply for graduate school if you don't feel comfortable taking classes in english. but hey, this is only my opinion, ask others for theirs, just to be on a safe side. good luck!
