i dont think the cap will be filled of 2172

maybe the agent understood to 2173

this is because no agent is providing the infor of cap been filled other than 2173

hope so this will be the case

Hi lpmc2017,
Thanks a lot for the insight. Actually,the consultant files the application thorough a lawyer and it seems CIC contacts the lawyer in case of any queries/missing documents.
Is it mentioned any where that CIC will not get back for single missing document before the fee is charged and will return the entire file. If that is the case, my wait would be futile and i need to take alternate course of action

Every day i visit this website and become more hopeless,because losers of 2171&2173&2174 have sent their application for 2172 or you can see newcomers to website saying"Hi i have applied for 2172".Neither they have got charged nor let us be charged.

I think you are one of them.I am just speaking about fake JD,not the people who have been working both of 2172&2173.

2172 Cap reached what???, No way because when cic release Cap on dec 3rd week it was only around 450 Applications, In 15 days 550 application received... :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

I am 2172 and my app reached on 24th dec. Are you sure the cap was 450 on dec 3rd week? (on which site you saw the update?) i am now very disappointed because everyone is saying the cap might be filled for noc 2172.

I have checked NOC status on 18th Dec 2014 and for NOC 2172 was approx 450. Even if we consider that information is one week old then also there is no need to panic. Stay calm and positive as you might hear good news next week.

The number was 370,you can still check in SS. BUT, it would be at least 60 days back reflection.

You are correct and number shared by me was from CIC website not from SS. I still believe that it's not possible that 2172 got capped by 10th Dec 2014 ... So, need little patience. I think those candidates are getting anxious who earlier applied for 2171/2173 and now applied under 2172 due to capping of these two NOCs ....

As per my knowledge, the website was updated on 16th Dec and there were around 450-500 applications. They updated the website later but didn't change this number. My strong feeling is that 2172 has not reached it's cap.
