One of the posts said he got response from CIC saying his file is returned on Nov 26. His app date was 17 and not 2171

One another post said, he got mail from CIC saying his file in process . his app was 5 the Sep

But it is not sure if above two posts were genuine

either those who got charged after Sep 2nd is not sharing the news or they are not using this forum

How many with CC/DD apps available for 2171 in SS after 2nd Sep?

As a matter of fact this post is from Optmistic3, ans his app date is 3th Sep. You can find it doing a search in members of this forum.

I´m a 5th Sep applicant with no news yet!!!

From what I get is, apps received by cic after Sept 2nd for noc 2171 have less chance to be within the cap? Is my understanding correct?
My app was accepted on 20th Oct. So I am out of the race??

I m feeling same...what happened to my application it was recieved on 23 July ,NOC 2173..Its been a month, I dropped a mail to Cic, no reply from them. No intimation from them..what can I do now?

Anyone has idea how can I check status of my APP..

You should be in cap as 2173 12aug person got charged. Did you check whether your CC/DD got charged?

Hi,

I have applied under NOC 2174

File received : 5 August 2014

I have come to know that 2174 applicants after 16 June do not stand a chance this year.

I am also planning to apply in Express Entry but I have not received my application package yet and no communication from CIC.

Already sent inquiry email to CIC on November 04 , no update.

I am bit worried now about return of my application package as I might need to reuse ielts result and WES report.

I am a Sep 26th applicant for 2171. No news yet. I hope that CIC would have processed our applications by now for completeness check and we are in queue for CC/DD. So far I have no news whatsoever and I hope to be optimistic!

Just go forward and do it ASAP, you will never know but chances are there .. I've applied under the same NOC and app received on 2nd Dec.
never give up as long as the door is open

No it´s deffinately not! If you can, do it right now!!!!!

Even if you have to send a future document to be attached. Just send it right away!!!!

Samir..I am sorry to say this but the cap for 2171 has reached & many of the member applications have been returned, u might hav to get ready for EE

you are never late if you want to apply for noc 2172...I am a 2172 applicant & my CC is charged on 27th November...Waiting for PER
