did they put hold on processing 2173 application and started processing NOC for 111* or game over for 2173 sept applicants ?
I guess still there is some hope for sept applicatants as most of us did not receive the rejection mail ..

2173 applicants have already reported to receiving back application due to cap reached.13/08 reported,19/08 reported.So sorry to all my dear friends...there will be no hope and same for 2171 NOC.It is hard to believe but its good to accept the reality that there is no hope.So please start yourself preparing for Express entry.

I agree..my gut feeling says the same based on other NOC category..
I am 25th Sep applicant for 2171 and do not see any chance...Will need to prepare for EE.

I am worried because in the instruction doc it is mentioned that any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

• 
  the English or French translation; and
• 
  an affidavit from the person who completed the translation;
• 
  a certified copy of the original document.

Also in the certified true copies it has to be mention "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”.

I gave only translated+notarized copy along with the photocopy of the original, didn't give the affidavit from the person who completed the translation, and also didn't mention "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”

Are you sure it won't harm or should I send the addendum now?

NOC Category 2173, August 19 applicant,received my application back today on Nov 28, with a note saying 1000 applications already processed.

May I please request few information about your application:
1- Was it a DD mode or CC ?
2- Where are you based of ? India or some other country.
3- Did you first receive a mail or directly your application.

I think lot of wrong information is also floating here. Everyone quoting 13 aug applicant of 2173, this forum id - Susuccess, got his app back due to cap as per SS. Whereas i saw last post of Susuccess on nov 22 asking if he'll be in the cap or not.

I think she got the ner confirmation via email after nov 22. I gave her a msge last nov 26 and she replied that it was returned due to cap filled reason.

Mine was CC mode based out of New York,US....And I received the application back directly. I did not receive any email communication.

Hi All,

My id in the forum is susuccess. My application reached CIC on Aug 13th for NOC 2173 and was returned back - reason cited - 1000 applications filled up.
I agree that i had posted on Nov 22nd asking for suggestions from forum if I will be in the cap, but I received the email from my consultant only on 25th Nov late night, which I read on 26th Nov. Requesting some folks here not to be judgmental in quoting people giving wrong information without getting to the root cause or trying to find the reasons.
