Can I hope to be in the CAP for 2171. Please share your valuable suggestion for me.

Yes , 2173 reached the 1000 limit on Nov 12 and the last one to get CC charged is the Aug 12th applicant and after that no news from any Aug applicant whose CC charged and whose application received after 12th aug ..

Are you 100% sure about the date and NOC?? 4th September Applicant for NOC 2173 was returned due to CAP limit.
