Dear all,
my application of 19 December 2014 in NOC 2172 was delivered back to Ukraine on the 28th of April by regular mail. The cover letter from CIC is dated 3/3/2015.
Reason - cap was reached before the application was submitted. (and I do not have Job Offer nor Phd credentials).
No CC was charged. A 8-digit UCI was assigned by it cannot be used for login into client status area.

Will try Express Entry now. I have 401 points only but need to complete spouse's ECA and retake my IELTS test to have ~470 (lacking 1 point in Writing for this).

Thanks for the revert. Actually i did tried this number before but i got s response saying they don't help in these queries and there is no number which can be dialed from outside canada to get them. Call centre number from within canada :+1 888 242 2100 (didnt tried this number from skype though -- will it work? )

Yesterday i got my package back due to cap fill

application reached on 23 dec 2014

applied express entry. got only 340 score. so no hope for CANADA

NOC is 2173. Medical updated of my one at 12-Feb-2015 and already PCC, RPRF is submitted with medical. No update yet. Did GCMS and it seems all good but no indication when passport request will happen. any idea. i have seen at GCMS they have grouped my application under one group which is somehow my agency but i just used their office addresses as mailing address and nothing else.

I have done 4 years degree on Bachelor on Engineering on Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

I would like to apply PR on Noc 2172.

After my Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering,I have immediately switched to Oracle DBA.

Could you please tell me whether still i can apply for PR and chances for getting PR?

Education degree and job experience are independent of each other. You can have a MBBS and still apply on 2172 if you have the
required experience and reference on that NOC.

Guys,
I have a question in IMM5669E form. I was in US and in L1B visa my company tried to convert that to L1A visa and it got rejected while I was in US. In IMM5669E form for section A 6d and 6e I have put NO. I thought it was NO since it was rejected when I was in US please let me know if the below answer is right and if I need to correct what should I do now

Please note I am dependent not principal applicant.

Hi, received an email from CIC regarding misinterpretation on my FWS application. I had applied for Canadian visit visa in March 2014 along with my wife, on her application had mentioned that she had worked for 5 years as for eg XXXX. However, in reality, she had worked for the first 2 years as YYYY and the last 3 as XXXX, which i wasnt aware of while filling in the Visit visa form in early 2014 (it had been just 4 days to our marriage when we applied for the visit visa). Now on our FSW application we mentioned the 2 years YYYY and 3 years as XXXX, when our VO started processing our application, they found that the information mentioned on our FSW aplication with regards to my spouse's work does not match the information given on her Visit visa application that was applied for a year earlier. It was an honest misinterpretation from my side. What are my options now? Please urgently advise.

Hi Seniors ,

I am June applicant waiting for MR , i was having some cough from almost 20 days , did'nt think of it as a big deal , but since i was waiting for MR and was checking the forum with people getting TB, that got me worried. Hence i went for Xray just to check and found out i have Bronchitis , ( Branchovascular markings are prominent ).

Doc suggests an antibiotic treatment for next 7 - 10 days , can any one please suggest what to do now and whether Bronchitis is big enough for me to actually worry and whether NDVO will consider this similar to TB and delay my processing

FYI - i have not got MR yet , and am expecting it within next 10 days ( PER - 8th oct ) 11 June app

Hi what happened then ? did u inform about bronchitis in medicals ?

the Canadian immigration dept is probably the most unorganized dept in the world....by doc's were told to sent to the correct address as per CIC guys on Feb 26th .... but last Friday I received a call from a Guy in Kochi saying that my doc's were mailed to his address along with his own doc's .... it was nice of that guy that he took the pain of calling me and sending the doc's to me.... or else i would be easily lost by INR 70,000 odd because of missed DD.....
Other waiting like me ... remember you may not be as lucky as I am ....

No F**** way, I sent my file last year in Nov, and still no update from CIC. Now I am scared, will They ever response on emails I have sent 2/3 months back and will I ever receive my file back.
