I've sent the application for 2171 which was received on date 30/09/14 & received by MIKE. Still not got any communication after that. checked with the bank and they mentioned the DD is cleared between Jan 14-16, 2015. anyone with similar dates and details, got updates ?

I think you should check with bank if you have paid fee by DD, if it is enchased or not.

Even the lady at the bank is tired of my calls lol....I have decided to wait atleast until the end of this month as pour consultant claims that we should wait until April.

As people keep repeating here...no news is definitely good news

Sad News. I received the mail from my agent that my application is returned due to cap fill. MY NOc is 2172 and application date is 23rd December. My agent is in toronto.

All the best to everyone who is within the cap limit and other for express entry...

Hi alternatesp...I wonder if you got your documents back with you yet? If yes, could you scan a copy of your rejection letter...you could ofcourse blank out your personal details from it...I ask not because I don't want to believe you...but you know seeing is believing

if the Bank is correct, then you are the lukiest. i have not seen any applicant for 2171 being charged after sept 2nd.My application was received at cic on 11 sept and being returned saying the cap has been reached.

Folks, its been a month after my second line status changes (12 Feb 2015) since then no Medical request

Im also in the same..i applied through noc 2172 still wating for a reply from cic.my cc has not been chrged yet.i think most of the 2172 applicant status are same when going through the posts.lets wait till get a good or bad news.bt the prob is waiting.i hate this i cant sleep wel til i get a result.nw it doesnt matter good or bad i need quick update abt my application.still they hav nt send any rejection letter or send my application back due to cap filled.so still there is positive hopes.

My husband and I went ahead and applied under Express Entry as well just so that we are prepared in any eventuality. We are now attempting to get a job/a provincial nomination. Not gonna leave any stone unturned

Hmmm...that is . My agent also telling the same shez asking to me and my husbond to apply for EE also.shez telling that EE applicant will get this more faster than older applicants.so i will also join with you guys.lets apply under EE.good luck.pls update if any pisitive news from u guys.

Absolutely...currently under express entry unless we have a job/nomination there is little chance of an ITA...but keeping the profile ready is a good idea

My file received 29 Dec. NOC 2172.

Has any body received documents return or email from CIC stated that NOC 2172 capped.

Please advise me.

Hi did u got charge CC.i also applied in same date and still no results neither any rejection or nt charged.pls update your current status.
