Do you have any details when those people applied? I am a July 18 applicant and got my AOR on December 2 - still no second line yet

So far, it looks like HKVO is stilling going through those applications from late May and early June.
It's gonna take a while, I guess.

It seems that all of them would be fine and happy and enjoying a good journey in PR train which is moving very slowly towards Canada and reason for slow motion is that CIC/CIO/VOs are derivers!!

For me it was almost exactly 2 months. Don't know about the average. The waiting sucks.
