Hi All,

How can we arrange the forms, reports, Supporting documents before putting them in envelope ?

Is there any standard way/pattern to follow ?

1. Can i staple/bundle all my educational and transcripts for each course as one set ?
2. All forms as a separate set with staple ?

I am worried if i just put all these papers together without combining them, they may miss/ they will have hard time in finding the documents( going through 70-80 papers etc).

Seniors, Please share your how you sent the application to CIC ?

Regards,
Suresh

do not staple the pages.

the common advice is to just put all the papers loose, no pins, no staple nothing....

which is ofcourse, hard to digest, but still that is advised by many...

for myself, I am just using thin plastic folder, and putting forms into that. then I mention the relevant checklist no. of the plastic foil.
finally, i have set of around 10 plastic foils, with checklist nos. mentioned on them.

papers are all loose.
