i know i m repeating but still just to clarify and make sure ..

as ur aware of I have the fourth line update as DM , till now havnt got PPR mail , pls ans these things .. refreshing my inbox like every now nd then

1. if there was any rejection (i know its zero chances still ) how will the visa office inform me .. bcos i read fariness letter is given before DM status .. or shld we wait for that mail too like ppr

2. in DM status (fourth line) its mentioned the visa office will contact u regarding this decision , so does the mail trigger for everyone automatically or is it individually sent .. or auto triggered ... ndvo works from 9 to 5 so shld we expect mail only during this time ..

3. i have double checked from bank , my dd is encashed for rprf which i sent along with pcc and medical receipts .. i know its good news but is it some sort of confirmations ...

pls take some time and ans .. appreciate ur ans and help till date .. thank you

First of all update your left sided profile so others can understand your application better and it will help juniors also.

Ans 1 : Decision Made means always Positive, it cannot be negative .. even atleast i don't heard any rejection at this stage.. If there is a rejection after third line , vo will not update it to DM but send you a email for clarify the bugs founded within 30 days.

Ans 2 : No ,, i don't think portal updation is also responsible for mail shooting.. There may be some other logic through which they are sending mail... If it was the case then every applicant with DM also receive PPR within few minutes or hours.

Ans 3 : Yes, RPRF encashed is a good news.. but as per my observation NDVO encash RPRF immediately after they received it... I remm some cases which are still pending because of medical problems but their RPRF was encashed before medical..

Buddy, I understand you are anxious and bit nervous that you didn't receive PPR Yet. In your case, Tuesday may be your day. I am sure that PPR is on it's way. Most of the PPR's were reported during 9-5 IST time. Keep an eye out for the PPR which will land soon in your mailbox.

For some lucky ones, They PPR on the same day as they get DM. For others, it may take 5 - 10 days to get that email.

If it is negative, Visa Office will contact you with a mail asking for Clarification. They will give you at least 30 days to respond.

Application Received 3-Jul
PER received - 29-Oct
2nd Line Update - 20-Jan
Interview (horrible experience but thank God that I clear it) -16-Feb
MR Request -14-Mar
Medical Done - 17-Mar

However, My wife is pregnant and we did not get her x-ray. Her X ray will be submitted after delivery i.e in September. Just curious to know approx how long now it can take from here. Seniors.. can anyone please predict...

Also if someone can help me and elaborate on the process that needs to be followed after the baby is born and the tentative timelines... Thank you all for sharing your experiences here.....

I was also presicely same situation and i did proceed with medicals based on UCI number. I know two other cases of similar situation and they sucessfully completed medicals. best luck.

I have received Medical and RPRF request on 18th March but still not received medical forms and instruction that are emailed separately.

Kindly suggestion without medical forms medical can be done or not?

What should I do in this case? Waiting for your valuable suggestion.

Dear friends,

I used my friend's credit card to pay RPRF and now his name is mentioned in the table on the receipt while the other cells are blank. I would like to ask:

1. Do I need to replace my name instead of him or not?
2. Shall I fill the blank cells (client date of birth, client ID, postal code, address) with my information or his?

Any 13 March applicant(PPR requested one from NDVO) whose VFS status still shows is in processing at Canada visa office?

I am also in a same boat.
I submitted my passport on 4th of March and reached NDVO on 13th of March and still shows processing at Canada visa office.
Hopefully we will receive our PP by this week.

Hi All,

Want some advice from you guys, I will be leaving for the maple leaf country tomorrow have been in the UK for a couple of weeks, can you guys share your experience, those who have already landed there on things to take care of or any issues anyone might have had while getting there in immigration?
a few things just cropped up my mind

1. how much cash in CAD can you carry, each person?
2. I have an immunization card for my 4 yrs old son. I saw someone posted earlier that you need some kind of form signed by a medical practitioner or something. Is this really necessary?

Is there anything in particular that needs to be taken care of, I'll highly appreciate if anyone can please let me know.
