Hi everyone!

I had my medical exam on 5th March and I haven't had any confirmation yet. Moreover - check application online service can't find my app and uci.

How much time do it usually take to get medical exam confirmation?

Pavel.

Hi Mr. Stbox,

Can you please share your experience of medical.
what kind of test they have done ?
is there any need of advance preparation of medical, I mean any advice to follow ? I am waiting for medical and it is expected in next month.

Either ways there was nothing to be stressed out about, as long as you got medication and are now cured.
TB gland in neck means your chest x-ray will be fine.
All the best.

Thanks alot...Smiley
actually there is nothing in lungs so i don't think there will be any problem in chest x-ray.
because i had TB gland in neck not the heavy TB in lungs.
so is there anything to worry?

Hi Dhyanm..!

We should keep in mind that job market in Canada is really very competitive. I would like to say, luck plays good role along with your definite efforts in employement search. (personal view).

Coming to ur question, if u r applying from India...I would say, there is negligible chances that anyone will land a job. Employers always want candidate on the land while consideration. So, you may just reasearch for the scope but dont waste time in applying. instead, keep ur resources ready, so once u r @ destination, from the very next moment u r ready to apply.

Physically being present in Canada will increase ur chance to get job depending on ur field and the area u r living. Ofcourse, it will initially require great amount of efforts to put-in on various job portals, YDMC, HR agencies etc...u wll hv to make ur hourses run in every direction.

Good that u both r landing together. it will definitely ease the financial burdent. Dont have much idea about 2174, but surely, GTA will be a good bet for u.!

All the best for ur future endevours..! :) :) :)

Hey Socc3rguy
Thanks a Lot for the suggestions and clearing the confusion. :):) +1 to you
As you said , yes its better to go to canada and apply than applying from here.

We will update you and forum members for any plans and how to get around with this initial phase.

I hope your wife don't have any degenerative disc. It must be a simple pain only. I don't think there will be any kind of problem, only couple of more tests would be required.

Regarding your daughter, almost 60 to 70 % neonates have high bilirubin during their birth, which usually go away with phototherapy or with sun therapy. She is 2.5 years old now which you mentioned in your last post. This is completely not any kind of problem and even won't be required to tell the physician albeit she don't have recurrent high bilirubin.

So just chill and go ahead with your medicals with positive mind whenever you get it.

All the best !!!!
She has a simple disk problem at the nick, not that much.
Thank you
+1.

be as truthful as possible. just dont take your work tensions along with you.

i took my work along with me and ended up having High BP during the exam. they took measurements 3 times and finally had to submit Cardiologist reports from my home town.

so just be cool and everything will go well. All the best

Hello All,

Sorry although i registered to the site long time back but could not be active. Congrats to all the folks who have finished the last stages :-).

My Application under NOC 0013 was received on 30 May 2014 and application process started on 27 October. I got MR & RPRF request on 30 October 2014. My medicals got submitted by 8th December i think. My ECAS status shows 3rd line as Medicals results have been received.

I know the date of MR request & MR Submission is big it is because during my medicals my BP turned out to be high and then they told me to get some more reports from my home town and there the testing agency in Bombay bungled up and gave me wrong info and lot of issues occurred and finally everything settled downed and was able to send all reports back by 1st week of December and got confirmation from them by 8th Dec. Although the SECTION A Copy that i received from the testing agency shows the date as 15 Nov 2014.

So any ideas as to when i will see further news? Any advice will be great. Thanks in advance.

Hello All,

with reference to my above post it is now over 3 months since i submitted my medicals (considering the submission date as 8 Dec). My passport expires on 31st Jan 2016, My wife's passport expires on 25th April 2016 and My son's passport expires on 17 March 2016. What should i do? Wait for the PPR or go ahead with passport renewal? request some guidance here. things seem to have slowed down to snails pace in NDVO. :-(

My medicals acknowledgments were sent by my consultant via email along with the letter as to why i am unable to get a Vietnam PCC. is this ok? or should the documents have been sent via courier?
