If one has to resubmit the background form to visa office then what is the procedure,
1) Should he download the latest version of the form from the site and fill it or he needs to send the same version that he used while submitting it first time. I tried searching online. this is the url : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5669E.pdf
2) Is sending the form electronically through CAS link is enough or he is also required to post the hard copy as well. You will have to send the hardcopy of IMM5669E to VO. Before sending the document, scan \ attach and reply to the email on which you were requested for re-submission of IMM5669E
3) In case sending it electronically through CAS link is enough, what to do about fields that can't be filled electronically like signature. First fill out all the fields of the document, take a print and then sign the document. Scan the document once you are ready to send them to VO

SL update : We started processing your application on 4-March-2015

Seniors its a bit silly question to ask but any idea when 7th July applicant start getting passport request or DM as third line updated in between 12 to 17th Feb'15. My assumption is by end of March however still requires some feedback. VO NDVO

Sir ..it may be anytime...one of my friend had medicals done in feb and on friday (HOLI) he got DM...so keep checking your ecas.

So finally the day is here when I have my passport with the Beautiful Canadian Visa stamped on it .

Anyone who is having issues downloading Spreadsheet can try this

Click on File and Select " Email as an attachment ".

Please note : you may not see File option, If the SS is accessed by larger group of audience. Please try at a later time and you will see File option as shown in the below screenshot
