Anything not in Original should be notarised. I don't recall this as optional rather it was mandatory !!

Only the documents that are not in English or French needs to be notarized. For rest of the documents, plain photocopy is sufficient. Notarization is not at all mandatory for the documents in English or French.

hello everyone,
I have noticed that a lot of members getting PPR/DM. First of all congratulations to them, then i have observed that many are confused regarding funds to carry and means to carry funds. I'm still waiting for 2nd line update(so no use for me at present ;D ;D) but this might help someone(only for India) . Scotia bank, Canada have understanding with kotak mahindra, India and they offer opening account(StartRight program) in scotia bank and depositing money from india itself (PPR proof required)

Dear Friends,

I got PCC request from New Delhi Visa office.

" From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from India for you. This must be received at this office by 2015/04/11"

I always stayed in India but in different states of India. Do I need to collect PCC from all states or one PCC from Passport office is sufficient.
Any friend who faced similar issue or what is the normal trend?

Please suggest.

Don't you want to see all smiling faces everywhere :-* :-* :-* :-* :-* ;D ;D ;D ;D
Start working on our files and start issuing MR's to July-AuG-Sept onwards Applicants.
Once we get MR, then we will relax(I know it's not possible after that also) and will take long leaves from our employers and visit every place of India.

We are very nice people . believe us.
