Hi Everyone, there is an update!!!

I just checked my ECAS status.. There is Home Address visible on main page. I am sure it was not available yesterday.

I checked the status of application which is the same as first line....

London Visa Office
NOC 0112
26 Sept Applicant
PER on 8 Jan
Photos request on 6 February
Resubmitted photos on 16 Feb
Change in view of on 3rd March

Please let me is this new thing for everyone or only in my case..

I guess everybody is observing that ..
I have Got the PPR as well and it got updated in my case too.

Just half an hour before my 3rd Line updated "medical results have been received"

3rd line updated - 03rd March 2015.

Guys. Need help. There are lots of jargons used like NDVO, AOR etc and I am not familiar with it. I am Dec'14 applicant

I know the next step is medicals...but how do you know you have received MR? Its on mail or its updated on ECAS. Also do you get to choose the medical dates? What all do they see in our Medical reports? Can some1 pls guide

today I checked my eCAS and they have added my current address on the left
as I had given them to contact on my business address it remains the same on the right and my residential address appears now on the left

Guys one query ..

how do we know NDVO has received our courier in good shape and all documents are intact and correct .. just a matter of concern as it contains all the important forms PCC , MR , DD (53k) ... the same concern was there when i had initially sent the application to cic .. just asking .. pls let me know ur thoughts and what u ppl think abt this .. thanks

Check the status from the courier service you used.

Also, you can check with the bank (from where you got the DD) when it gets encashed.

Hi just now checked the ECAS it has both the address listed before it was just having the communication address listed what does this signify??

I already got MR on jan 9th and also medical received on 17th jan so any comments or Guess??
anybody else with similar experience ?

in fact a lot of people have reported seeing a 2nd home address updated in Ecas. Maybe some up gradation in Ecas.

Hi ,
You will receive the e-mail for the Medicals (may be along with RPRF and additional docs,if required) . You have 30 days (not too sure) to do your medicals within and send everything to your Local Visa Office . Everything will be mentioned in that e-mail so don't worry.

You can chose your date for sure but the paperwork must reach the Visa office within some stipulated time period.

Dear members,

Can anybody answer these?
1. If someone is in USA and got PPR of canada, but cant leave US for another one year then what should be done to get PR card?

2. Should I go to canada for 1 or 2 day for stamping n entry date and then come back to US. Can I do this?

3. If the PPR is single entry, then once I leave canada hiw will I re enter?

4. Do I have to stay in canada for 2 months to get PR card in my hand.

Also in the medicals , there's a list of physicians from where you can do the process which you can see here

There are regular checkups like :-
1. Chest X-ray
2. Eye Check up
3. Blood test
4. Urine test

etc.
