In GCMS Criminnality is passed.

Medicals shows in Process and Emedicals commenced but no decision as such.
I think the RMO and VO have not updated the medicals in to the system.......

Did you check with your hospital if there is no medical furtherance required and if all was good in the initial MR tests?

For NDVO applicants :

Did some calculations (using Spreadsheet data) to estimate the time between Passport Sent and Passport (with visa) returned.

Days taken	No. of occurrences

[size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt][size=10pt]Canada & Australia seem to be the HOT destinations to immigrate in the recent years. Since most if not all of us have made a choice of one over the other, would be nice to know the reasons that made us pick Canada and not Australia.

Australia has its own minus and Plus points .
1. High payrates
2. Perfect weather
3. Good health Benefits

Drawbacks
1. Less employment
2. Very expensive
3. More of Casual
Jobs rather than feild jobs
4. Australians preferred over any other nationality (specially Indians)
5. Difficulty in getting job .
6. Has more of Tradie jobs compared to any other feild .

Canada has only one drawback which is Climate .. ( this is what i feel after living in australia)
Its got growing economy (in some provinces for sure )
Good pay rates in some feild jobs i reckon
Low cost of living
Cheaper houses compared to Australia
And mainly its diversified and people from different countries are warmly accepted .. As far as i know .

Dear,

The VO which processed your application has the details of your application and prepared visa.

So they will not simply change the Visa stamped office.

all of your family members visa should be stamped in one place.

Better send a detail email to them.

I believe, you will have to send your PP to India.

They will not simply change the VO for visa stamping

Wanted to share an insight for people who are waiting for 2nd line update or are waiting for MR after 2nd line update:

My friend who has exactly same timeline as mine (until 2nd line update) is still waiting for MR. We have been batchmates during college and currently working in same organization and had very similar profiles; however, we were surprised to see that I got MR immediately one day after 2nd line update, whereas, he is still waiting for it. He is considering applying for GCMS notes but noticed something very interesting today morning. Both of us Linkedin profiles were viewed one month ago (when I got 2nd line update and MR) by the same person whose title is First Secretary, Govt. of Canada. My profile is very much in tune to what I provided to CIC in terms of my work experience and the organisations that I have worked for. Unfortunately, my friend had not maintained his profile well enough and had listed only the current organisation. There was no mention of other 2 companies that he has worked in the past and for which he had sent the experience letters to CIC. So, we are thinking that maybe lack of information or mismatch of information with Linkedin profile has triggered "Misrepresenation" check or background verification for him which has delayed his MR. Obviously, background verification cannot be triggered for all candidates and it is done for some where CIC suspects the credentials.

I strongly advise forum members who have not received MR yet to pls update your Linked profiles with names of organisations that you have worked for and mention the time period as well. Avoid mentioning job responsibility details but do mention the job title as listed on your experience letters that you have shared with CIC.
My inference could be wrong, but there is no harm in taking this proactive step. To validate this, forum members who got their MR within 2 weeks of 2nd line update can share if their Linkedin profile was updated appropriately when they got the 2nd line update. If we get most answers as yes, then my inference could be right. Thank you for reading this and good luck to all!
