My friend was charged 5200/- extra for additional tests because he had a tattoo on his body.

Most probably for hepatitis tests.

Even I have got the request today but it has only 30 days' time mentioned on it for both MR as well as RPRF. I hope it helps.

Hi All,

I got my MR and RPRF requests emails today. As couple of other memebers reported I too got three emails - One general instructions to pay fee and get medicals done other two are for the medical forms for me and my spouse. I have been given 30 days to complete them and send them receipts.

What would be the best method to send the requested documents to NDVO as I am planning to pay by CC and send them the receipt.

Here is my timeline once again for everybody's reference

CC charge date: Nov 16
PER date: Dec 2
Second line updated: Started processing on Feb 6th (got the update on ECAS on Feb 10)
MR and RPRF date: Feb 28th.

Hi All!
Congrats to everyone who have made it through, and to those who are inching close.

My story for the time being has been brought to an end, Journey so far goes as follows:

First Application:
1st July 2014 Rcvd at CIO.
Returned on 26th Sept 2014 Due to Stale dated DD (ICICI bank stamped it for 3 month validity by mistake).
Received back on 11Th Nov 2014.

Second Appllication:
24th Nov 2014 Recvd at CIO.
CC got charged on 20Th JAn 2015.
Ecas started showing 1st line on 2nd Feb 2015.
Then
Ecas removed by cio on 15th Feb.

Called CIC agent on 24th Feb 2015 seeking status of application as NO PER recvd. Agent told me that my application is still under review and only thing I can do at this point if time is WAIT. Then I inquired regarding ecas unavailability, she asked me to raise CSE at Technical difficulties desk.
Sent CSE on 24th FEB 2015,
Received reply on 27TH Feb 2015, stating my application has been returned on 13Th Feb 2015.
Chapter Closed. on Temporary basis now.

Will be waiting the returned package, to see whats the reason behind.

Thanks all for support and affection. Through this Forum I have made lot of friends who will be with me for long time. Learnt a lot for everyone of you.
