Do I have to take appointment to submit passport at NDVO vfs? Or can go directly? Also, how much cash I should carry for all the services?

Rs. 638 per passport is their fees. Payable in cash only.

You will have a counter at the airport terminal to apply for SIN or you can just walk in to any Service Canada office. The SIN will be issued to you within minutes. Hope this helps

Guys,
I plan to submit Passport tomorrow at VFS, and have following queries, please help clarify them:
1. I have valid US visa on previous passport, after marriage I made a new passport. Should I include both passports or only the recent and valid one suffices?
Someone please answer this!

2. NDVO has asked that behind one photograph, the name/address/and date of print should be mentioned. Is it OK if one of us write this, as Photographers writing is not at all legible?
Yes, anyone can write it.

3. Can the VFS fees be paid by Cash or Card right there at their center?
Cash only.

4. Other than the PPR email copy, should we include any cover letter from our side mentioning UCI of all applicants, OR its ok to not include it?
Not required, but always good to include.

You need to have submit only recent and valid passport, not old one. You need old one for USA entry only.

just saw -2 in my account ......never ever been in argument with anyone...

i just update forum friends with the analysis on PPR or gives updated list of all the reported ppr/dm everyday...can't think why anyone would bother to give me -2
but....all said and done...i really don't care about +1 and -1....just feel frustrated why even working for people gets someone -1...

but anyways, i am happy for people getting speedy ppr's and wish i also get it soon....
3 and 1/2 month since medical and no ppr/dm... feeling bit low.....

and finally, i pray for people who gave me -1 a speedy process.

Just chill buddy, dont bother about these -1s. We will take our destiny with us not these jealous -1s. Please continue to do analysis as well as help others on the form, God will help you. These minus folks cant do more than this. I keep getting many of them, but just chill. This is forum is for collective sharing of thoughts and mutual help. Let us keep the momentum up. Cheers.

So do we know the analogue under GCMS? For example how does a case officer decide which files to review that day? Etc.

Yes. They call it a review date, but unlike CAIPS we have observed that these dates are not flexible. In other words, if some assessment information arrives prior to due date, it is not brought forward like it used to be and the file sits idle.
