Guys Guys Guys!!!
Happy to inform that my second line just got updated. We started processing your app on 21st feb 2015. I am 13 August applicant. When can I expect mr? Is there some minimum time duration between second line and mr? What are the chances of rejection after second line and when can I expect any verification at my office?
Thanks and Regards,
Jigyasu

Congrats and +1 to you !!
What is your PER date?

Hello friends ....

Got my PPR mail today....hip hip hurray...... :D

Congrats and +1 to you !!

Come on, at least someone can answer PCC query below!?!?! :'( :-\ :o 8)

Didn't receive a reply so re-posting!

I have also sent PCC to LVO. I had obtained PCC about three months ago, which is when I didn't have my new passport with me so it has old passport number mentioned in there!

Would they accept 3 and half months old PCC with old passport number on it or would they ask for a new PCC with new passport number on it?

Also, how long does it take to update 3rd line after medical exam is done for LVO?

Thanks!

12th May/ 1112/ NDVO

Congrats and +1 to you !!

Normally 3rd line update appears after 7-10 days after Medicals Received and other docs sent. But there are few cases where 3rd line update appears after a month too, but if only VO finds some issue with background check or medicals.

PCC is valid for 6 months if they are having doubts or is invalid then they will ask for a fresh PCC, I had sent 4 months old PCC when requested. But my VO is New Delhi.

Above explanation is as per my understanding, but I might be mistaken.

Hey Jaiesh

Ours is a Dec 23rd application for NOC 2172. As of today our DD has yet to be submitted for clearance. :( Was really hoping that when I called my bank today I would get some good news pertaining to the DD being clearance.

Anyways...the wait continues.

Have been considering calling CIC for an update on the cap status, but not sure whether they share the information....does anyone know?

Thanks buddy for sharing the information. This actually leaves us all with only one option that is to call CIC and ask for the status on our application. I believe as many of the forumites have already called and got the UCI# and get going them there

No, the PCC is not acceptable if it was issued 3 months before it reached the VO...the guidelines are very clear....

Got PPR, updated spreadsheet (very important step IMO). I wish everybody else good luck as well, NDVO is speeding up things. Stay positive!

In the email, they have said -

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require:

1) Passports
Please provide passports or travel documents for yourself and each accompanying dependant, along with a copy of this letter, to the visa office in New Delhi. Please see the VFS Visa Application Centre (India) website for details on how to transmit your passports to the Canadian High Commission: http://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/India/.

So how do we send the passports?

I am planning to send via courier to this address :

High Commission of Canada,
Immigration Section - Service de l'Immigration
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
PO Box 5209
New Delhi - 110021
Telephone : 011 - 41782000
Fax : 011 - 41782020

Would this be okay?

Congrats and +1 to you !!

Don't send passports by courier. Send through vfs. These are sensitive docs.

5) PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FOR YOU, YOUR SPOUSE, AND CHILDREN:
(Please continue on a separate sheet if you have additional children) ......
The required columns to be filled has come as a mail and is an image...So i made it in excel and filled the details...Is it ok?
