Hi All ,

Can any one who has got a PPR mail Paste a copy of the mail that one usually gets from the VO. I want to know how much time the VO gives us to submit the application.

Here is my timeline

App Received - 1st Aug
PER - 26th Nov
Medical Request - 29th Jan
3rd Line Update - 14th Feb
PCC sent along with RRPF/MR and received by VO in 8th Feb

I am going to be out of country for a month on a business trip . Was not expecting any PPR in March for me. However , Looking at the random way in which NDVO is issuing PPRs , I wanted to know how if I will have enough time to come back and submit passports just in case I get a PPR in March.

We have been debating "PCC with application" thing for quite a while now. But still no clear theories have emerged. How come someone with Medicals done on 29 got PPR in less than a month while other waiting for 4-5 months. Where does PCC fit in here. Where s the disconnect and why unfortunately we have no discussed this factor early in the game here on this forum, is it a surprise for all of us..? let us continue discussing and help each other to get answers.

what is the validity of PCC issued by PSK ??

I think the CIC considers the validity as 1 year from the date the PCC is issued as it is mentioned in their check list form that PCC is generally considered valid for an year.

But some guy here shared his view that this is not true. PCC gets into the picture once Medical is submitted and BFD comes.

Also...I am suspicious that all the applicants recently got their DM/PPRs have submitted their PCC with application..not possible.. :-X :-X :-X

So...just wait and watch...NDVO is following mysterious and abusrd system..and ppl here r coming up with their best guesses.. ??? ??? ???

Like i said earlier the queue for DM and PPR is jumped by july applicants who submitted there PCC along with application..

30 July application PCC submitted with the application no MR request yet. so it is not a rule.

That really makes some difference.
When did you get your PER?
I guess after PER , the criminality check started immediately which does take time. The wild guess is that it might take 3 to 5months time frame based on the number of countries traveled.

hello everyone here is the list of yesterdays ppr/dm for ur reference....it was an awesome day from NDVO with 19 ppr/dm.

an interesting observation from yesterday's DM's was that most of the DM were from first two weeks of may..

which according to me show that they first send random DM/PPR'S then try to clear the early apllicants...
lets see what they do today

till now today 2 DM have been reperted..
both of last week JULY....
