1)Do i need to inform ndvo about L1A OR L1A TO H1B Petition (form -I-129) rejections?
2)Did job change affect my permanent residence interns of delay or background check(BCG)?

Can you let me know in what name the credit card transaction can be expected (if file is accepted as complete by CIC)? I intend to inform my bank so the CC is not declined.

congrats bro for your DM.... hopefully you will get a PPR email in a day or two..... please subbimit your passport using VFS insted of courier or speedpost..hopefully you will get your passport back in 10-15 days with a mapel leaf country visa stamped on it.....

I have received my DM (Decision Made) on Friday, Status Updated on ECAS...

So, could you all please suggest me, when the NDVO will send me the Email for PPR... Or in how many days.

And after how many days, do they return the PP to our address...

After your PER you can inform the visa office. Changing of job cannot affect your permanent residence application

i have seen on SS many applicants of NDVO have completed 290 days from the date of there application received by cio.. but still some r waiting for PPR,
some r still waiting for thirdline updates and some even for MR...

and i can even see some applicants got visa in 210 days...

i fail to understand the reason in differnce of days for processing the application for same visa office?????


the waiting game is killing.......

Im still waiting for my 3rd line,its been 24 days since the clinic said they forwarded my medical results and I also forwarded my PCC's and RPRF but still no update?
Is it good to follow my VO or wait?
