I agree, to be succesfull in a new country, we need to be well networked amongst us and the locals there.

dear seniors;
I have a question plz,
What is meant by online status " in process , ur application for permenant residence was received on ....."
This means that my application has passed the eligibility check and PER on the way or not yet ?!!!!

That is what it said for me after I got my PER. Although I knew I had PER from the PER e-mail and I got the UCI number in the same mail, with which I checked the ecas. So, if you didn't get the UCI in your PER, how did you get it? Is it from 2013?

I am an August 8th applicant and while I was trying to look at the NDVO workload here is my observation:

NDVO Stats from SS:

Out of 463 May applications

- 42 Entries have received visa so far

- 232 Entries have completed medicals and are awaiting PPR
- 2 Entries have been called for interview
- 87 Entries depict processing has started/ Second Line Updated
- 72 Entries are waiting for a second line update

Out of 225 June applications

- NO Entries have received visa so far
- 1 Entry have received PPR
- 130 Entries have completed medicals and are awaiting PPR
- 1 Entry have been called for interview
- 35 Entries depict processing has started/ Second Line Updated
- 58 Entries are waiting for a second line update

Out of 168 July applications

- NO Entries have received visa so far
- No Entry have received PPR
- 78 Entries have completed medicals and are awaiting PPR
- 1 Entry have been called for interview
- 16 Entries depict processing has started/ Second Line Updated
- 73 Entries are waiting for a second line update

Out of 113 August applications

- NO Entries have received visa so far
- No Entry have received PPR
- 14 Entries have completed medicals and are awaiting PPR
- 11 Entries depict processing has started/ Second Line Updated
- 88 Entries are waiting for a second line update

MORAL OF THE STORY : LONG WAITING LINE before our turn arrives.
Good Analysis..........

raja

It ain't over till the fat lady sings.
Delays are inherent in how PR applications are processes.
Each application poses a different set of scrutiny and hence the varied timelines.
You will get you MR post the 2nd line update only.
NDVO is sweating it out with the high number of applicants and hence the recent ones are getting transferred to other VO's to share work load.

Hi every one,

Got my third line updated, i have a doubt, can some one answer please.

In Medicals email, the NDVO has asked me to submit the following, 1-- Passports Bio pages(Photo copies), 2- Medical completion, 3- RPRF, 4- mariage and post mariage photos.

I have sent all the above, If they are asking for Passports Bio Pages does this means PPR is already there? Some where i read so just thought to put the same question in our forum. Appreciate your help please...

they are just asking for copies of Passport bio pages its not a PPR. In some countries they name this as PPR1.

The PPR email would ask you to send original passports to NDVO.

Just out of curiousity - how are yous sending your marriage photograph? scanned or colored xerox or made duplicate photo or digital printout.
As for passport request , i learned from this forum that it should be consideredd PPR1 ( before the actual PPR). Now, am not sure how far this PPR1 terminology is true. But, one thing is certain that this PPR1 ( or whatever) is a good thing for sure.

If you have been charged and have the UCI no. By my calculations you should be getting your PER mail pretty soon. If we could see your timeline, some senior could better guess it quite accurately as well.

Anybody out there whose 3rd line is not updated so far after medical?? I have created a whatsapp group for such applicants. Pm ur whatsapp numbers if u would like to join!!

Hi Chinkoo, great data. +1 for that

Another observation is that May is when the the number of applications were high and gradually they decreased.
Hence makes sense that currently there is some delay in DM and PPR for May applicants and once NDVO switches to June and further, things may be much quicker.

Rightly said RVP, my observation also says that they are busy with May applicants and once they are done sending COPR to May applicants, June and July turn will come.

Cheers to all !!!
