FYI

Validity of PR visa is of 1 year, starting from the date of Medical Test conducted.
General terms validity is of 1 year from Medical test till its one year OR Passport expiry date of any of family member (accompanying) including Principal Applicant.
Which ever is less, the Visa validity will be considered for all the members.

This Visa will be single entry, but Main part is to get the PR card once landed there.
PR card is all which matters, for further status of any applicant/members till they get citizenship else if had to renew PR card.

One qustn, when we land , we need to provide an address where we want our PR card to be delivered. Appox time of deliery is 4-6 weeks. In any case if we are not present, then can this PR card to be handed over to someone else like frnd?

If someone could help me out with inputs as solutions or past experience to make up my mind for worst case scenario :
I had filed in as a Purchasing Manager NOC 113 BUT TO MY SHOCK when I was checking my documents 3days back I saw I had mentioned NOC 213 In the page 3 of the form and also on my schedule 3 i wrote Purchasing Manager NOC 213 -
With this biggest blunder of my life do you think they would excuse me for the TYPO or simple REJECT

Looks like NDVO applicants who received PER on 31st Dec 2014 or later may have their files transferred to Warsaw VO.

This is just an assumption based on reports from last couple of days.

I would say be+ guys.

Consider this, if your files were directed to NDVO there were chances that the processing on your files will start somewhere in March or April, however since these files are transferred to Warsaw hence they have already started processing the files.

On top of that those who have received AOR from Warsaw are sure that the processing on their files has started, however the NDVO are not yet sure whether process on their file has started or not.

As everyone says, whatever happens, happens for best, hence keep your fingers crossed and be sure that things will be fine and results will be positive.

Get the FD copy notarized.

Thanks for your response. Yes, they asked me to send PoF again as I showed property valuation before.

How about FD? Should I get notorized on FD Certificate copy and send? Or just the copy?

1 = Give the address where you are going to stay on your initial stay when you land. (if not decided or staying in motel/hotel) - do not worry
2 = You can send the address where you want PR card to be sent, after you move in to the house for your final stay.

1 = will get you PR card by max 6-7 weeks.
2 = will take a bit longer time till u send your permanent address

# you can update your Address anyways later on as well, so there seems no issues at both possibilities.

Seems like ndvo cannot run MR and PPR simultaneously.

It might take upto 15 days to get the line updated in ECAS .

Expect the update somewhere between 10-15 days

Today got a call from NDVO, stating they didn't receive my overseas PCC which was supposed to come directly to them and requested me to send the details.

As the PCC reaches directly to them I could only provide the reference no. & the mail tracking number.

As far as I know in medicals they ask you about your history okay you please declare it at that time.

Your wife may require to undergo some more tests and it could be delay in your application , however if every thing is okay dont worry your spouse can pass health examination.

These are my views , you may even take further advice.
