I am bearing the risk with CC as of now, as I know blocking CC now will push me more deep in trouble. I have reported to nearest Police Station and they will give me NCR(Non Cognizable Report) by tomorrow evening for the incident. So I am thinking of still sending a new payment form as addendum to CIC by Fedex on Tuesday using my friends CC details, which might reach to CIC by Friday or on Monday next week and still keep my current CC unblocked. However lost CC will always be at risk of getting blocked, because unauthorised person might try using it for fraud and get it blocked with multiple unsuccessful attemp and ruin my chances, so its not in my hand.

So I have to send a new form and then try my luck to be good with me.

Chhavis,

You are doing absolutely the right thing. You know you may get a call from your bank that someone has called them and informed that he is having your CC and want to return to you. Believe me there are good people in this world.
About 3 months ago I found a wallet on the road here in OMAN and it was having 4 or 5 VISA and Master Cards, Resident Card, Driving Licenses and Currency (OMR) and there was no contact number of the person who lost this wallet. I pulled one card from the wallet and called the bank's helpline and gave them the card number and asked them to call this person to contact me to get his wallet back. Bank called that guy as they were having his contact number with them and asked him to contact me by giving my cell number. Finally I returned that wallet and that guy was really thankful to me and offered me a cup of tea which I refused with a thanks as I was going somewhere and was in hurry. The Moral of the story Stay positive and pray to GOD he will surely help you.

Blocking your cc is enough for CIC to return your 2nd applic unless it was not properly blocked by your bank. Make sure with your bank that no further charging will push through with the card.

I think it will work if you block your CC before your second application charged. However that you need to send your incomplete documents to VO as soon as you can as per your PER received letter.....

Dear jam2k94,

So according to your answer, the CIC officer who does the completeness check will not check the job description in your experiece letter according to the lead statement of the particular NOC and see whether my my jobs peformed are coverd 70% - 80% of the lead statement of that NOC??

It will be done by another officer who calculate the 67 points at the second stage?

Thank you fir your reply and +1 for you jam2k94

Actually the calculation of points is related to PER which need that you should have 67 points. Now to calculate the points the officer will check your reference letter to know how much you will gain points from your work experience. SO experience in what is the question raised and that had to be satisfied by your reference letter. So in my opinion this is the stage when the reference letter actually get examined by the officer along with other documents and not during the completeness check where the officer just assure that all documents had been presented.
