Re: vaccination

Query on vaccination.

Are there any CIC forms to be filled up and signed by Doctor OR any standard doctor's confirmation on his hospital/clinic's letter head required that ....so and so (listing name and month/year) vaccinations are given to child - for admission to canadian school.

Need advise, I can see people of aug 14 , first week are getting MR .. and some of them are got MR in Mid Jan15,
and many of them got MR without second line, which means background check starts before 2nd line...... :'( :'( :'( is it like that???

I Am Self Employed Civil Engineer and thus was expecting a delay But anyways,
I have been blessed with the next step by NDVO !

Once you have PER your are half of your journey, now you will be issued MR/PPC/RPRF email from NDVO
but before that all your background check will be done.
