I recieved PER on January 13 and my file is expected to be transferred to Paris VO as well. Could you please let me know how long it took between PER and AOR from Paris VO?

It is unclear, unfair and non-logical way that CIC has.
When my file had been received by CIC in 20th Oct. there were just 376 people in his last updated list. My NOC is 2132.
Till now, I have not received any news from them. In contrast they cashed 4th Dec. applicant in other NOCs.
If the cap is filled. it is around 100 days waiting to know about rejection! It is unbelievable!
It has not been inferred that my document is incomplete because there is no progress in this NOC after 8th Oct. and also my file is exactly the same as my friend's file who has gotten his PER.

I couldn't understand this method. In there description they announce that they will respect to FIFO. In reality there is no sign.

How can you analyze this issue?

I got my MR on 24th January 2015. Need to understand one thing:

1. I have already taken an appointment at one of the designated Hospitals. What is the process that is going to be followed there? I suppose I need to pay the fee to the hospital directly.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY DIRECTLY TO THE HOSPITAL ON THE APPOINTMENT DATE

2. CIC is also asking for RPRF fee. Can I pay using my AmEx credit card? Also, do I need to wait for my medicals to be completed or can I pay it before that?

YES, AMEX IS ACCEPTED ON THE PORTAL, YOU CAN PAY EARLIER TOO.

One I am complete with my medical check and pay my RPRF fee, I need to courier the application to the local embassy?

YES, YOU NEED TO COURIER THE PCC AND THE PAYMENT RECEIPT WITH THE PASSPORT INFORMATION FORM TO THE DESIGNATED VISA OFFICE. MEDICAL RESULTS WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE VISA OFFICE BY THE HOSPITAL.

I called CIC and after several times was able to get my UCI

2. CIC is also asking for RPRF fee. Can I pay using my AmEx credit card? Also, do I need to wait for my medicals to be completed or can I pay it before that?... you can pay through CC or through DD payable at Canadian high commission newdelhi... after medical pay it anyhow you have to pay then why to delay...
