I guess you should call them and inquire about your case. My application received date was November 20, 2014 and my CC got charged on January 19, 2015 for NOC 0111.

I have got email reply from CIC today. My applc is rejected and they have send it back on 6th nov, which I have not yet received. I will give you the reason when I receive my mail. I want to thank everyone on this forum, all the best to each and everyone.

I have 2 queries on it,
1. In how many days, will I get my PPR email?
2. Once I send passport and then in how many days NDVO will return my stamped passport.

its Global Case Management System - which is basically a filing under the RTI act of Canada. you get information on the notes made by case officers on your file.

you can order it only through a canadian citizen / PR / immigration lawyer

Dear Ashif and seniors

I had applied to FSW 2014. I received the mail regarding refusal of my case in Dec due to less points given to my experience. Even though my Fees was deducted but the case officer didn't satisfied.

I have total 11 years of experience. I know it happened due to mistake of CIC or due misunderstanding of visa officers.

Pls suggest what to do know further for re consideration of case. I got the UCI number.
