Hello Seniors,

I would like to ask your opinions/advice/experience. My husband has applied to FSW last year with the ff. details below. We sent the application through DHL and electronic receipt does not have a signature signed on it but it was received. Until now, we do not have any updates/emails from CIC regarding the status of his application. What do you think might be the cause of it or reason for it? We do not know how to get update as we do not have a UCI number yet.

Here are the details:
Date received from CIC office: July 4, 2014
NOC: 2281
Latest update: No emails yet, no returned files received

Your help would be appreciated!

Thanks

You need to send a query to CIO email address with the details of your application and information pertaining to the principal applicant, so that they can identify him and disclose the information accordingly. The processing delay for their reply is ~60 days. Approach the visa office you mentioned in your generic application for permanent residence in the same way and the same time in case you missed Sydney's communication. The relevant email IDs can be found on CIC website.

This is not a problem. You can update CIC at a later stage.
FYI: Could you maybe use Google Translate to do a translation for you next time? It's a torture to read what you've written.

Hi Guys ....Expert advise needed.

I have been requested PCC from UK by NDVO.I am currently in India. ??? ???
Which would be the best payment option? DD or TT transfer?

How long does it take to get PCC from UK? I have been only given 45 days to submit.

Thanks in advance.

How to get UK PCC from India

All procedure mentioned clearly on web and it’s quite straight forward. Here is the link.
http://www.acro.police.uk/police_certificates.aspx

I hope that will help.

God bless you!!!!!!

I'm also really interested in your strategy of landing- staying one week - returning with employment. It's the smartest thing I've ever heard!

May I request another advice? Do you think in this scenario it's better to land alone ( just the principal applicant), and when moving permanently bring the whole family.

Or that would be complicated and it's better to bring everybody the first time to land together?

You may try to ask for UCI telephonically by dialing 1-613-944-4000.
