I am 6th Aug applicant......27th Nov PER...NDVO

Still no 2nd line and no MR.....bit nervous....as many other in that time zone have either 2nd line added or received MR.

Guys...please boost me with your positive wibes...when can I expect MR?

Really I am surprised and it is really a mystery that why so many applicants of October 2014 has not been charged yet. Whereas the December applicants turn has come already. As already shared by someone on the forum and as has been circulated in the news on some of the website that due to so many errors by CIO/CIC staff in the processing of applications of October/and some of November applications there is tight review being done. But these news are only rumors but it might be true as well because CIO/CIC is not an audit free department. Even in one case CIO refunded back the amount to one of the candidate whose CC they charged. Because he was charged despite of incomplete documents.

But hope for good. I think that rest assured if your NOC was a cold NOC you will hear soon good news. Because auditing of work done by someone takes three times more time then doing the work in first instance.

How to check if NOC 1123 is capped or still open, not sure whats going on ? applied on 29th October still no news. Original file was submitted on the June 11, file returned due to credit card declined, re submitted and the file reached on the 29th Oct. CIC had sent a letter to attach while re submitting the file. still there is no news

I sent an email, i think i have to wait for one month to get their reply. it is so frustrating

There are no updated on CIC website after 18th Dec 2014 as their focus is on EE. Following is the last status and I hope it might help you:

Has anyone had a previous experience of telling the Visa Office about B1/B2 USA visa refusal after getting the PER that he forgot to tell them when he had sent the application ?
I've already sent CSI to the CIO and to Ottawa (despite not being sure as I don't know exactly my visa office ) , But now I'm afraid that this may affect my whole application (some say that may delay it up to years ) although I indicated that I just forgot to mention that as I didn't notice the question well given that I was not given a refusal stamp on passport or a refusal email.
- It's all about honesty and transparency for me, But I just want to know what's the truth ?!

According to SS Last DD encashment date for 2172 is on 16th January and latest CC charged for same NOC is on 24th Jan

When is the last DD encashment date for NOC 1212? My application reached CIO Sydney on October 1st and my visa office is London. So far no news...worried..worried

Dear all,

I have already send RPRF fee for me and my wife and also the third line is updated in ECAS saying that we have received medical.

But I forgot to mention US visa refusal of mine and my wife Canada student visa refusal.
She has also received her UCI number in medical request and the number is older than mine as the number starts from 8 and mine starts from 9.
So I guess NDVO already knows that my wife was rejected before.
And we haven't mentioned those things so will it affect the application later?
But my consultant had said that not to mention those things as it will delay the process.

Congrats for your daughter. I have same query as yours. Will be having my baby probably next month. It would be great if you can resolve few of my queries:

1. I have recieved my 2nd line yesterday and my VO is NDVO, that my file has started for processing on January 21
2. I had written an email to delhiImmigration to disclose my family composition (or rather addition in my family)
3. Will I be getting the Medical request from them or do I need to submit the BC of my baby and then I'll be getting the medical request ?
4. as my file has arrived at local VO, will I be paying in CAD or INR ?
5. will both me and my wife be submitting the requested documents for the addition of family member or as a principal applicant, only I have to ?
