Totally agree with you , but you have to know that good consultants will provide you with valuable Tips and Tricks based on their previous experience , and it will help you with your application , for example , although I know almost all the procedures my consultant helped me with the Experience letters to cover my job duties and to comply under my NOC

Hi all,

Please advise if any one of you have filled payment form to be by CC and mentioned the month of expiration as 5/17 instead of 05/17 and got charged.
I have tried a lot to write 05 in the month box instead of 5 but the form didn't allow me. Will CIC understand that the month is May. I think they have encountered a lot of applications with the same mistake.

PLeeeeeeeeeeeeeese advise as I am really worried

Bro I would advise you to be honest in your application. What you can do however, to be very sure, is go to a good chest physician or medicine consultant and tell him your situation, ask him to prescribe to you tests for diagnosing TB. Get the tests done in the best lab in your city and share results with the consultant to tell you if you have any signs of TB or not. If its negative then you are TB free and no doctor or lab (those working for CIC) can diagnose you as having the disease.

Thanks for your immediate feedback.

TB tumor was found beside appendix location not in chest.

I asked to doctor 1 month before when I did the precheck. He informed me that as it was no in chest, it won't be viewed in X-ray.
He also check blood test report and confirmed me that there is no TB.

But I am afraid about to inform to the Medical physicians of CIC

I am afraid, they may ask u for further tests. Not sure for TB but in case of previous hepatitis (even for student visa) further tests are required. CHeck with ur family consultant, if previous occurrence of TB can be potentially harmful for u or the CANADIAN society (i.e. possibility of spreading through previous patient).

4. TB(X-ray and Blood test)
5. Cholesterol

Alhamdulillah, everything is fine.

Dont worry about the amount in INR if you are option for online payment using credit or debut card it would convert on it own.
If you are looking out for DD as an option then the bank people would convert and tell how much it would be in INR for 490CAD for a single person and 980CAD for husband and wife.

Hello All,

I am done with the Medical tests and this hospital has e-medical facility so they will upload the results tomorrow hopefully i didnt get to see the result for blood tests and xray other tests are fine.

May be tomorrow i will get to know the results for medical tests, they did say that they would call if anything abnormal in the tests... crossing my fingers nothing to be ab-normnal and to be honest i dont have a medical history at all touch wood hope this would remain the same in future as well.

List of things i am sending
1. Single Form Request letter to complete MR pay RPRF and PCC ( Sent in the email attachment by Delhi Immigration)
2. MR Forms IMM1017 (me & Spouse) which are signed by DOC's also photo attached and Hospital Fees Payment receipt.
3. RPRF Payment Receipt
4. Original PCC
5. Copy of First and Last Page (which i think are Bio-Pages) Passport (Do i need to send copies of Bio-Pages for the latest Passport or for both old and new passport)

Does it all look good and Quick info required .The RPRF receipt to be sent back NDVO has a space for address. this address should be the communication address mentioned in the form which is permanent address or address of current residence of course which is different and the Client is the UCI number ? also the DOB and Telephone can be a Mobile Number ?? Whats Area code (080 for bangalore or +91 for India) is it for the Landline Phone number or the area code for bangalore?

And this time the INK can be Blue or Black to fill the information in the RPRF fees receipt m i right ...?? i know it should not as there are not instruction but i am in the mode of being ultra careful and cautious.... Smiley after all we have a great team of people with experience on the same subject isnt it ... cheer up guys who are frowning and frustrated ,... i know waiting does take a toll on ur day to day activities...

I think CC is better you get the receipt ready to send and they dont have to send it to bank wait for it to en-cashed saves time i dont think CC has any issues here compared to DD in CIC for PR.

So go for it .. its an suggestion .. i have done the same and i need to confirm to be filled in the print out of receipt for RPRF.

Do not worry there is only one month with the number 5 in it. Which is May. There should be only the number 0 on the left of 5. It cannot be any other figure. You are fine. No worries
