My ECAS stats Medical received after submitting of Medical in 5 days. My wife was recalled for X-ray. Shall i assume that all the results are fine after such statement in ECAS status.

Have your CC or DD charged? If yes than you should wait for PER which takes more than 30 days after you got charged.

I didn't get any update from my bank about the DD.I checked with them about 10 days back. I saw one of the member in this forum with the Nov 10 application received date got his Credit Card charged for the same NOC 2172 yesterday and his application received date was Nov 10th whereas mine was 5th Nov . So I am a bit worried .

Dear Seniors/Experts,

I would like to get some help and guidance from you. I applied for PR on August 25th 2014 and got PER on December 12th 2014. Since then I have not heard anything. If I check my status online. It just shows - We have received your application on August 25th 2014.

Now comes the other piece/twist. I've got my H1B visa day before and I will be required to travel to the US in around 2 weeks of time (By end of January 2015). I am expecting the medical request from NDVO around first week of February 2015

Questions:

Please suggest:

Question 1. If I would need to come back for Medicals, or I can go to any of the centers listed on CIC website and get it done in the US?

Question 2. If I would need to submit them to NDVO or to Canada Embassy/Consulate in the US?

Question 3. Would I need to get the PCC from the US or will I still be able to submit it for India?

Question 4. Do I need to come back to India for Passport submission later or is there a way I can submit my Passport to Canada Consulate in the US?

Exactly after 2 months I sent requesting application status, I got a reply yesterday from CIO saying that the file has been transferred to local VO- Singapore.Everything looks on track.

It will be great if someone could throw some light on few of my doubts
1. PCC :
I am presently working in Singapore, in the past I have lived in UK. I have worked in Mumbai as well prior. I have got my PCC from my native place which is in Kerala. I understand that I need PCC from Singapore and UK, but is it required to have PCC from Mumbai? Any idea for time required in case of Singapore and UK for PCC?
2. I recently changed two employers after submitting my application, do I need to send local VO both the job changes and the supporting documents? An email would do, or need to send hard copies as well?

Looking for some input, thanks in advance.

Got following lines in the letter from NDVO:- Few queries in RED ?

RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for you and your spouse. Q. is the RPRF paid individually for both me and my spouse, that is CAD$490 + CAD$490 = CAD$980

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from INDIA for you and your spouse. Q. I have been at 4 different locations since the age of 18, so do i need to have PCC from each locations. Is there any format for PCC in India???

Friends, I have a question, my passport expires in July 2015 and I have got PER on 10 Jan 15, should I renew my passport before MR request comes in or should I wait for MR to be done and only renew my passport once RPRF is request. (BTW what RPRF) stands for.

Ans#1 : Yes, it would be separate for you and your wife so total $980
Ans #2 : We have sent only one PCC from Bangalore where we are living since last 8 years. We have not sent for our home town and all. It was accepted. (however up to you, if you want for all..send for all)

As long as you are in the same country 1 PCC will represent that country irrespective of different locations.

Hi friends!

My application received by CIO on the 6th of November. I applied under NOC 2132. I really cant understand, why our NOC hasn't been en cashed since the 2d of October. Can anyone predict something or may support, anyway, i will appreciate all your help, because i am very terrified and cant sleep properly at night.
