In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

Medical Examination results: Instructions sent by separate emails.
Updated Information Chart attached with this email and updated passport bio page copies for you and your family members.
Police Certificates from PAKISTAN and OMAN for you and your spouse.
Right of Permanent Residence Fees of $980 Canadian for you and your spouse:

"Now tell me Do I have to send original Police Certificate or copy is required"

Re: Sending Passports from Outside INDIA to NDVO

Hi All,

I'm currently waiting for Passport Request. NDVO is my Visa Office.

I may need to travel to USA on L1 visa in coming months.

I'm wondering In case if we receive PPR when I'm in USA. How can I send them to NDVO ?

1. Will the NDVO office accept the Passports if I courier them from USA to New Delhi ? (As it may be not legal to courier PP)

2. Is there any other way to submit the PP to NDVO if applicant in out of INDIA, Like can I ask to transfer my file from NDVO to any other office in USA or CANADA and send the passports to that office ? :-[

I'm worried as travelling back to india to post the PP to NDVO might be too costly affair for 3 people

I think you need to fill up the information instead of leaving it blank.Any idea why vo asked for it?

How long between 4th ECAS line being updated and receiving a Passport Request.

My ECAS got updated on 01-Jan, but I still havnt received any further communication since.
