My final fee is charged on 30th oct. I guess RPRF...but i have still not received PPR..i am not sure why is so. Is it certain that we will receive PPR if RPRF is charged?

Attention NOC-2171 People

One of my friends who is not on the forum filed his application for NOC-2171.His application was received on 04-September-2014.
Couple of days back he received email from his bank (HDFC) that his DD has been en cashed but the bank has not confirmed DD encashment date. Al tough no PER yet. Will update here if he gets further information.

I am sharing this for the benefit of other guys who are waiting from same NOC .

Is it real or fake ????

MR to PPR: 78 days
Passport Sent to Visa Issued: 7 days

Hi Navraj,

I submitted all possible proofs to BC in New Delhi, India to get an additional TRF for my IELTS like:

- Courier delivery receipt of my application at CIO (they were not convinced)
- Automated email I received from CIC when I had sent a case specific inquiry about my app (they were not convinced)
- My Fee Form and also my bank statement showing the amount being deducted to make the DD in favor for Receiver General for Canada (they were not convinced)
- Finally after 3-4 mail exchanges (and by that time I had got my rejected packet back), I sent the copy of rejection letter from CIC (they were convinced)

Post submitted all these proofs and being a bit stern with the BC customer care, they approved my request and issued a new copy of TRF.

How long will it take to get PER. Application submitted 15th December 2014. ? will appreciate a reply from anyone who has already received their PER and what are the stages in getting a PR visa..if anyone can elaborate?
