I might be traveling to Pittsburgh in February on H1B visa.I have completed 3 stages for Canada PR and awaiting for the PPR from Delhi Immigration.As I will be in USA is there any possibility of getting the Passport stamped in USA either by requesting Delhi Immigration to transfer my file to USA or any other possibility.

Any suggestion will be of great help.

I have a question which I asked on many forums but not satisfied with the answer. Please check my question and answer in detail.

I received email from LVO as per below,

Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

Updated forms which are available on our website:
New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant
New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18

My Question is there two types of IMM008 forms i.e. IMM008-Schedule 3 , IMM008- Generic Application Form. Which of these form VO mean to say or I have to fill out both.

Waiting for the Second line Update on cEAS. Still its not showing any Second line. Could you please share your experience regarding this second line update . when my second line will be update as i received my AOR as on 31/12/2014. When i can Expect my MR/PRF .. please advice

Oaky, if its domestic violence or something out of control, I DO UNDERSTAND.... otherwise please rethink.......

ANYWAYS.... NOT MY BUSINESS... lets come to the point....

Yes, you need to inform VO.... They will re evaluate ur eligibility 2000% guarantee... REJECTION next... IF THAT -5 POINTS BRINGS IT BELOW 67

Instead... get PR land first and then get divorced... both of u will remain PR

@Himani sorry to hear about your problem
If you do apply for divorce now, it will definetly impact your timeline and if you do not have sufficient points might also affect your visa
If you can it would be advisable to file for divorce after you complete your landing

Hi Himani.. If you get 67 points even after losing your spouse's ielts points, then should not be a problem.
you have to inform your VO as well.
As if you get medicals, it has to be you and your spouse (even if not travelling with you).

pls call up CIC and try getting your uci no.. you may have to call 10 times before one agent helps you out.

it is the same case with my friend.. app date 24 June, cc charged 10 Nov but no per yet.

he tried calling cic but no avail

good luck.. try calling cic numbers.. they may help you with uci no.
