My reference letters are signed by my manager.

This separate letter I had my manager make just for duties and responsibilities is on headed paper but not signed by anyone. I am assuming it comes under additional docs.

My understanding is that you are saying your complete reference letter say for example is 3 pages
And your manager signed only the last page iam correct?
If yes then there is no specific requirement that all pages must be signed

Hi Guys,

i have done a quick analysis to the data in the spreadsheet and found that August and some of September applicants, whom have got their PER, it took them from 110 to 120 days to receive it. so its an estimate, we can look forward to it, given another 10 days before starting to worry because of the holiday season Christmas and new years back in Canada.

At times its more than 120days..it has no pattern...i am August 27th...DD encashed 4th Dec but no PER yet and 2015 is tomorrow...so relax it will come.
