URGENT

I just called CIC in order to try and obtain UCI number for my application but the first attempt was unsuccessful.

I was asked what is my current status in Canada

I said I am calling from outside of Canada

And the agent told me that they only serve to inland applicants and all other applicants should contact CIC through Case Specific En-query

How were you able to overcome this question and obtain UCI?

I also faced similar problem
Seniors requiting to put some light in this matter

I have been trying to reach CIC using multiple offices numbers to find the status of my application received on Aug 20.

Can someone please provide me with a call-in number or email address to find it out with CIC / CIO.

Latest CC Charged now is 28th Oct under NOC 1212.

You will have to wait for CC charge to know your file is there. And PER to get your File Number.

PER may take anywhere from 70 to 120 days to arrive. So be patient

I applied on 18 Aug NOC code 1113 . My package got returned on 24 october Got the confarmation on 10 Dec there were two reasons . However i have sent new package reached to CIO on 29 Dec recieved by donni . hope i will charge this . but i want to share some fact of my returns package . Most of the cases i read about problem of Birth Certificate . BELOW IS THE ANSWER

Job duties self attested ( not accepted )

Birth certificate (In my letter SENT BY CIO is clearly mentioned that if you don't have birth certificate then Secondary school certificate with parent name or one of parent name is fine)

Cic does not confirm receiving.. According to ss it is taking three to four months for your app to be review..

What do mean self attested job duties.

My job reference letter is upto cic standards in which it says that duties and responsibilties are provided in a separate letter on company headed paper but not signed by the manager. Is it fine.
