Hi,

I applied for FSW-2014 under the category of 4011 (University lecturer / professor). My application date is 31st July. I got PER on 21st November, 2014 and AOR letter is not received yet. Visa office is Singapore.

I am wondering whether quitting my current job will have any impact on my PR processing. Do you think if I quit my job, I will be ineligible to get the PR? Would I have to notify CIC regarding the change of my employment?

The reason of quitting my job is to live with my husband in Germany.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

It won´t harm your application, you just need to inform the VO about the future employment situation. You should also inform them you are moving out of the country and ask them what to do. Not sure but I think if you are moving to Germany permanently your VO will change.

What does a visa office (like New Delhi, Singapore) do in the process of evaluation? Who will check the grounds of job description? What's the odd an applicant being denied after PER?

Please throw some light on it

Some applicants says ECAS status is alive since last 15-20 days but no PER
My last year experience was ECAS status alive 30-40 days before NER
Some applicants report ECAS status gets alive 3-5 days before PER
Some applicants report ECAS status get alive 15-20 minutes after getting PER mail

What is the actual process? ECAS should get alive before PER or after
I am 17th september applicant having UCI however Ecas is not UP, And 11, 12, 15 september DDapplicants are getting PER. So should I need to worry ?????

Dear All

I am category 2171 applicant. Received my PER in Oct and request for PCC and medical sometime in mid Nov. Since I am in UK for almost 4 years now, I need to get the PCC both from UK and India.

I submitted the landing fees, got the medical for self and spouse, but for my kid the system prompted to get the paediatrician report. It is festive season here and could not get any specialist appointment before 6th Jan, moreover I have not received the UK PCC (shutdown/postal delays etc)

My original request from Delhi VO suggested me to complete the stuff along with payment by 29th Dec else there the application could be refused. I sent them whatever I had yesterday (landing fees receipt, medical completion of self and wife/copy of India PCC) but few are still pending.
I also requested via their support system requesting extn for couple of weeks to complete and send other stuff to Delhi VO, but email reply suggests they will reply within 28 days (that doesn't help me)

One thought which scare me is loosing this opportunity reaching this far. What is the experts advise what can I do from my end? Shall I worry or loose hope

Hi I am 15th September applicant and my card was charged on 22nd December. My ECAS status immediately went active and it says application in process and says that they receive my application on 15 September. When I should expect my PER. I already have to wait too long for my Cc charge.
