Hi, I am an applicant from pakistan,my application reached on 10th sep under NOC 2132( mechanical Engineering) ,and as per PER maill Which i received on 30th December my dd was encashed on 26 nov .So all other applicants of September under 2132 keep ur hope alive.

THE DD FOR ADDING MY NEWBORN CAN BE MADE IN INDIAN RUPEES FOR 8200 OR CAN$ ONLY.

SECONDLY PASSPORT BIO PAGES OF PASSPORT NEED TO BE SELF ATTESTED OR THROUGH SOME BODY ELSE.

ALSO THE REQUEST LETTER HAS TO BE ORIGINAL OR A PHOTOCOPY IS FINE

Hey guys,

Hope you guys are doing fine. Just an update from my side which I thought I should give.

Just returned from Goa. Checked my email and saw that CIC had replied to my query dated 1st Nov on 24th Dec. The email says that my application was recd by them on 20th Oct (though my courier tracking says that application was recd by DAN on 2nd Sept). The email further says that my application is under initial processing.

I had honestly lost all hope for PER, as there has been no status on my application, but looking at this email, I am really happy, though effectively, my application is delayed by around 48 days.

Will get back to the forum in 2-3 days time.

DD in CAD and passport to be atttested bye some body else ie. lawyer

Experts one quick confirmation is required?

I have received the request from LVO to submit passport, photos and updated information.

As I have renewed my passport, so Do I need to send the old passprt along with new one? or Only new passport is required to be sent for VISA stamping?

Not sure if the below statement is correct. The mail from NDVO does not state that the passport bio pages need to be attested(not even self). Infact i sent my bio pages without self attestation and proof of medical and my third line was updated, no questions asked.
