My suggestion, get it corrected by now even if it get delay. If you don't rectify, all the cards (SIN card, health card, driving card, your employer) and everywhere in Canada you will called with your mistaken name. Later on, it will be very difficult to change all those documents.

Now I have submitted the request for FBI report. I might get the report with my name as unknown reshmisoman. Now if I change my name on the passport,is there a chance tht NDVO will not accept my FBI report?

Sir, you have no option but to keep checking with you bank if your DD has been encashed. Then you have to wait for PER which will contain your UCI no. using which you can log in to ECAS. You are very much in the game with your NOC cap. Have patience, good news is round the corner.

ECAS status- Not active(till today)

When should I expect ECAS active and PER?
I am very much tensed as ECAS must be active atleast

Send the cover letter for this "unknown" issue. Provide the copy of old passport also. I don't think it would cause any problem.

I dont think such an option exists. You have to appear before the Canada embassy recognized doctors in or around your city, get all applicants tested and have the doc and you submit reports to LVO within 45 days of you receiving the MR email.

Is it ok to submit reports that are 6 months older?

1. Send the attested one. But note that house property is not counted as settlement fund or POF.
2. Yes, pension fund or similar like this is counted as settlement fund.

Thank you very much for your reply. But some people in blogs saying that London office is accepting property in settlement fund. Actually I have more than CAD 18,000 settlement funds other than property. Any ways thanks

SSC certificate in lieu of BC is acceptable. As someone recently reported that her file was rejected for not attaching her husband's BC though provided SSC certificate, so send the affidavit as addendum. It won't harm your application.
