Curiosity arose because they haven't charged any app in 2171 after Sep 2, one guy sep 17 reported returned app because of CAP reached then I should've also gotten a reply like - you app was returned on this date.

dear,

they are working on app received in september.might be you will get PER in JAN.
so hope for good news in new year.even its holday time now.so there is less chance you get any updates now.

I saw your post in last 5 pages, but i'm sorry as i(we) don't know the exact procedure for the same and i think other members also in my situation that why you didn't get the answer.
Please contact the Visa Office regarding your query, they will give you the exact steps to be followed.

In my case i didnt included my noncustodial child to my application but today i received the Medical Request for that child also,
Clearly specifying his name in bold letters along with a request to submit his birth certificate and the custody papers,
I have a legal custody document which says he will be in custody of his mother.

What are are my options as his mother wont let me to make him appear for medicals.

Your best option in that case is to submit copy of papers to Visa office and explain everything. Use Case Specific Enquiry as well as send out a physical post.

Also try his explaining his mother that kid will get a free Canadian passport for going thru medical exam which is good for the kid, personal differences shouldn't come in the way of kids future! And she can get medical exam in her own city / country without your involvement at all.

Do make sure you get your ME done within time frame.

Today I checked with my bank about my DD encashment. They infomed me that my DD has been encashed. But they cannot give the exact date. Last I called the bank on 15 December. So my DD encashed between 15 - 24 December.

My application date is 19 September 2014.

Its a good news to hear that the DD has been encashed.

Now wait for the PER.

Hi Experts,

got an query.

I have got my PER on 3rd Dec which means MR is expected in the last week of Jan or early Feb. Further, my passport is going to expire in August 2015.
Now question is, when should I apply for Passport renewal? After getting my visa (somewhere in April) or now itself?
