I have applied under NOC 2172 on 16th Dec and reached by 22nd Dec.
I have sent only 1 self Addressed label which is English and forgot to send one more in local language along with my application. Can it be a reason to reject as incomplete application.

Not at all the reason of rejection... dont worry.... the labels are used to send the application back if rejected.......

My application has already been sent to CIC 2 months ago, I was advice not to send my Transcript along with my application.
I have only submitted, copy of degree, consolidated marks memo, Provisional Certificate but not “Eng. Transcript Mark Sheets” ???- JNTU UNI

My WES Reports mentioned as below:
Credential Authentication: Official transcripts were sent directly by the institution.


Is it Ok or I must have submitted Transcript along with my application.

If you submitted Degree certificate and Consolidate mark sheets then nothing to worry. Good Luck...

Hey Dude am 7th May applicant already done with my MR , RPRF, PCC and. I got my 4th line updated as Decision made on 20th Dec but i haven't recieved any PPR request yet.. is all ok with my application...? my VO is NDVO... please suggest as it looks phisy :-(

don't worry... U will get the request by next week. It has been the trend this year of the 4th line being added before passport request. I got 4th line on 18th Dec and ppr mail today... So sit back and relax..... All the best

calm down bro, if this is definitely how physically/emotional stressed you are as you sound...then it wont help your health...CPC Ottawa is being slow lately, but that also depends on your VO. Give them time, sending them 3 emails??? they don't usually like it though (0ne enquiry email is enough). be patient and give them till 1st or 2nd week...Your medical could still be waiting for review.

Guys please help me in clearing my doubts.....

My timelines will be in the left panel......

1. I have completed the medicals for me and my wife (done Xray with protective shield) and the expected delivery date in Feb 25 and informed the same to VO. In this case will there be any decision made by VO to delay the PPR????????

2. In case if the PPR is delayed will there be re medicals for both of us + baby?????

3. In case if i get the PPR shall I proceed with submitting the passports and get the visa stamped. And after which is it possible that I alone can travel and after baby birth we can add the new born and take my wife and baby (re-stamping wife visa)???????

Neither this announcement represent 16th of December, nor 10-days back. But most probably the update on CIC website shows the applications received till 30th Sep,2014 or around this date. Because the latest CC/DD being charges/en-cashed on 16th December, were of the applicants whose applications were received in CIC on or around 30th Sep,2014.

Therefore status on 16th December on CIC website does not reflects the applications received in the months of October, November, and December.

Yes that is true for 1st column but in second column they would have included Oct and Mid Nov applications received

My ecas status says "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." on 24 December 2014. Admin please update the spreadsheet.

Congrats ....
You can courier your PP to Visa Office they will send it back by normal post.
Its better to submit PP through VFS its the safest way.

My application reach CIO on 14th December, when do you think that they will open my application parcel and perform the completeness check?

When do you think that I can call on the number that you have provided to get my UCI number?

When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent
- Agent will ask information about last name, first name, date of birth, application received date, email id etc.

I called the 1st time and luckily then and there they gave me my UCI no. Try calling around 10am (Canadian time of course) That's what i did.

Hi George,

Welcome that you find my post useful to you. As many here agreed. It is best to send them email enquiry and of course call the CIC when you reached minimum 10weeks from your application received date. Coz that's the timeframe in which they have probably opened your file for completeness checking. And by then, they may have provided your UCI no. for your application.
