There is an entry in the SS from the user Mechanix who has been rejected in 2131 due to the cap being filled. As per SS, he has been a 9 Oct. applicant.

Hi Guys! Having mixed feelings here... Very very happy for everyone that has received PER, but feeling a little sad because I think I've been left behind with my PER... I already see October applicants receiving PER and I'm still waiting.. I'm hoping I'll receive it this week as a christmas present.. Hope for a bunch of PERs for everyone out there waiting....

US PCC from FBI

Hello: Just checking if anyone has been successful in getting an extension from CIC to arrange the US PCC from FBI? We have been given 60 days (until Feb 02, 15) however it looks like they are taking longer than 12 weeks for now...What is the best time to request for an Extension to CPC-O?

Looking at the history of Capped NOCS and the forum spreadsheet ( sheet titled: NOC by Fee encashed date), the following can be noticed:

3012 Capped on Dec. 11 ( currently 746 + 254 ) ........ There is no charge after Dec 11. This means that the current 254 applications are already charged.
2174 Capped on Nov 7 ( Currently 992 + 8 ) ............There is no charge after Nov 7. This also means that the current 8 applications are already charged

The above applies as well on all the capped NOCS as declared by CIC in the relevant date.

Therefore, I can say with a clearcut proof that the pending column in the latest update contains only charged applications. Since the latest charge for 2132 is Sept 26, this clearly indicates that October completeness check is not inlcuded in the 207 pending applications unfortunately. I am not sure how far the 93 remaining places will cover from October, November. Maybe, they will as well cover applications from September which are still not charged or even from August.

I am really upset. I can't see it better than this.

I feel you we are in the same boat, most 1st week of September are waiting for PER, I highly optimistic that we will all get it, if not this year then in January, don't press too hard enjoy your Christmas. PER will surely come. ;D ;D

In the form Schedule A - Background/Declaration - IMM 5669 , Question no.8 - PERSONAL HISTORY ... We need to mention all the history like what we are doing from this year to that year .. now for 3 months , I was applying in universities for getting admission under the ACTIVITY TAB , I wrote " Applying in universities for getting admission " and I have also mentioned the time frame ... but under the NAME OF COMPANY, EMPLOYER, SCHOOL, FACILITY , AS APPLICABLE tab , what should I write ?? :/

My second application just arrived at CIO.

I haven´t received my first app back, so I sent this one without original IELTS. I´ve included a copy and a letter explaining everything.
However I called the British council and they sent my IELTS directly to CIO. It´s already in NS and should be arriving at CIO by tomorrow.
Hope they attach it to my application.

What do you guys think? :
