I think this analysis will be more useful at an noc level as there seems to be a vast difference in the representation of apps in ss noc wise. Eg: 2171 which is around 25% and 1212 which is less than 10%. Hope you got my point.
However, appreciate your effort an analysis.
Very beautifully mentioned by Optimist3. I do believe that statistics can be applied at PER of particular NOC to see the trend of application processed/ passed vs CAP of the NOC.
