Yesterday, one of the members confirmed that the visa office has called him and asked why he has not mentioned about his visa rejection. What do you think is the best thing to do now? I think you know the answer. Do what is right, at least now, to live peacefully in Canada.

I appreciate your help . But I really don't have any idea about what to do. I didn't intend any cheat when I had sent my application. Matter of fact, I asked more than once whether I should have checked "yes" for being declined the B1/B2 visa but I was told this is not a formal rejection !! Moreover, I mentioned more important other details in my application indicating my intent not to cheat ! .
So, I would be grateful if you suggest any solution ?! I actually need to do the right thing but how ?! Should I send an e-mail or the schedule A form again ?! How can I guarantee that this update will be added to my application ? I've already sent a previous cover letter recently regarding a mistake on my given name on the generic form as I wrote my full name by mistake ?!

Seems like all with "Decision Made " are gonna get emails together . Some people received on Thursday 18th , but we havn't heard back from them if they received the email or not .
