What are the chances for PCC request after I have already received MR and RPRF?

I haven't sent PCC with the original application. I have sent it a month later to Nova Scotia. I guess they have matched it with my original application. Thank you for your response!

Below is my timeline:

App Date: May-01-2014
PER: June-3-2014
Medical Req: Sep-17-2014
RPRF Req: Sep-17-2014
Decision Made: Dec-19-2014
PPR Email: Will hopefully get on Dec-22-2014

there is a freeware app 'Canada Status Checker' in the AppStore that you can use to check CAS in one click. All personal information is stored on the Apple device.

Apple blocks Cuban IPs directions so I would need to find another way to download it. Anyway is good to know it exists.
