Friends,

One friend sent his application & it was received on 24 September. On the Fee Form, he missed writing the payer's details regarding his full name and address while he wrote accurately the Credit Card Number , the CVV number, the expiry date and the card holder's name . Now, he has neither got his credit charged nor got the PER ?!
Does forgetting to write these details cause the application to be rejected ?!!!!

Well, This is what Ministerial Instruction states:

Federal Skilled Worker Class
Cap on the number of applications to be processed
A maximum of 25 500 new complete applications submitted for the Federal Skilled Worker Class, without an offer of arranged employment, will be considered for processing for the period of May 1, 2014, to April 30, 2015, unless otherwise indicated in a future Ministerial Instruction.

: As of May 1, 2014, there is an overall cap of 25,500 for new federal skilled worker applications. This includes a cap of 500 applications from PhD students. There are also sub-caps of 1,000 for each of the 50 eligible occupations. The caps do not affect people with a valid job offer. These are the last applications we will accept under the current system before Express Entry launches in January 2015.

Sending more than one application does not increase your chances of being accepted for permanent residence. All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines. Fees will be charged for each one.

Dears! .. I need more answers about this issue, I'm really worried!. If the MCC issued an additional ECA report, I would certainly send another application but unfortunately it will take more than 21 days!

For the experts here! :) I want to share with you my problem as every time I try to calm down myself , I fail ! .. I've posted this issue before! My application received : 22 October , 2014 NOC: 3112 My full name is like that [b]A B C D[/b] , so my given names: [b]A B C[/b] while my family name : [b]D [/b] [IMG]http://i725.photobucket.com/albums/ww254/youfes/Capture1.jpg[/IMG] [b](Red Colors here indicate my family name which was written twice ! )[/b] I have done many minor mistakes but the only one that scares me is that in the 1st field of the main applicant, I wrote my given names : A B C D ( Full name ) while I actually wrote ( D ) as my family name. on the other fields of all forms and documents , I wrote my name correctly. I mean that I used my first three names as my given names and my fourth name as my family name. what scares me is this mistake is at the first part of the generic form. I've sent an additional envelope containing a corrected generic form with the correct name and it was received on 10 December 2014. At that time, I think that my file had been already reviewed ( the completeness check ) so I'm afraid that my application was on its way returned to me. It says that the program FSWP - 2014 is the last program before Express Entry starts in January, 2015. That does not mean the deadline to send applications under FSWP is December 31st, 2014.
