Please answer. I'm most worried.
Its been more than 3 months and I havent recieved any email/sms.

My application was recieved on 11-Sep-2014 as per DHL trakcer but i do not have any email/sms/notification from CIC yet. How do I know whether my application is in what stage of process? My CC also hasnt been charged yet.
On which address can I email CIC to check, if needed?

I was expecting around 2 months for CC charged / PER recvd but its been more than 3 months. Even according to the XL sheet estimates, I should have got my CC charge notification max by 10-dec.

I applied from New Delhi.

Please help.

Also, how do I fill the XL sheet once I get to the next stage?

Thanks a lot.

It generally takes 90 to 120 days to get CC/DD charged.. u can start worring after completion of 4 months of no news, its too early at this momnt..

Hopefully u ll hear good news in 1st week of Jan. 15.

Regards

what i think is that these days NDVO is showering with PPR for the month of May applicants and MR for June applicants, as with this process follows they are starting with MR for July applicants by that time they will finish with may applicants for Visa and start with June applicants PPR and soo on.

so guys so be positive and hope the best for all.

Dear Friends,
I have a few queries. If anyone can help, i will be obliged.
I got half a dozen of documents translated, the translator gave me one affidavit for all the documents. However, i saw in the guide the following statement.

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

What i am getting from this is that each document must be accompanied by an affidavit, however, the translator was confident that one affidavit is enough so he did not give me individual affidavits. Will it be fine?

2. My mother's birth certificate has only given name and no family name. In the background declaration form, they are asking given and family names at birth. What do i write in the family name at birth section?

Kindly help me and oblige.
